Starting a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service at contact@oblaro.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- In original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Final sale items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over €75.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if the return is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe via the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly for shipment. Cancellation requests may be subject to administrative fees.
Additional Information
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items damaged due to customer negligence.
- We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
